In addition to the exercise and other programs, we have several bus trips to out-of-town restaurant destinations, in the fall and spring of the year. Non-meeting events will be shown here when scheduled.

  • For the few who took advantage of the lawnbowling arranged and supervised by member John Wells, it was very successful and enjoyable. We hope it will be possible to do again next summer.
  • Returns from the walkathon should be tabulated in two weeks, and will be reported here.
  • The fall bus trip is to LUNENBURG, on OCT.24. Only cost to the members will be what they pay for lunch and beverage.
  • This year's Christmas party is on Nov. 29 at the Lions' Club in Eastern Passage.
  • Last pre-break meeting is Dec.17.
  • First meeting for 2009 is Jan. 07.
